About Gluten-free:

We have gluten-free option, and we do not use any gluten for that menu.
(We have cutting board for gluten-free option and washing knife and hands hundred times during job.)
But we use soy sauce with gluten in same kitchen.
So please make sure it is not 100%(maybe 99.99%, we will do our best.)
